Warranty of acceptance upon receipt: Our goal is your satisfaction, and we will work with you to achieve it. Within 10 days of receipt of your order (the sooner the better), please contact us with any concerns. If we cannot address them to your satisfaction, we will cheerfully refund your money. Simply return the item in the same condition as when we sent it. We arrange for UPS pickup charged to our account, and subtract actual shipping costs (both ways) from your refund. In the rare instance of a return for defective workmanship, you would not be charged for shipping.


Warranty of acceptance on customized items (e.g., resized, gemstones added, custom head, custom metal): If you reject a customized casting for stylistic reasons, and we are unable to provide modifications to satisfy your concerns, we do not guarantee to refund the labor costs incurred in doing the modifications. However, we make every effort to “salvage” value from a returned custom piece, and make the maximum refund within reason.


Warranty on workmanship: We will repair or replace defective merchandise for a period of 12 months from date of shipment. Purchaser shall return the defective item to Wooden Skate home store (see Contact Us), in person, or by insured mail or parcel service. Warranty does not apply to work performed by others, or to instances of damage by external force from accident or abuse.
