General Tips:

• Find helpful information in pop-up windows by clicking on the "More about..." and "Glossary" buttons throughout the catalog, as well as topics identified at the top of the HOME page.
• Keep a notepad handy to jot down the item numbers of your favorites, and the menu and page where you found it, to help you review items during your selection process. (See below, "Coming Soon," for a Quick Search feature to be added.)
• When viewing a composite page (25 items per page), clicking on the thumbnail-size photo takes you to a page with additional information, more views of the item, and larger photos. That expanded record can be a good page to print.
• If you want to return to the previous screen, use a "Back to" navigational command within the catalog, or use the "Back" button in your browser
• As you refine your search (see below), you may notice that some of the menu categories are missing. That is because we do not display menu choices that have no matches within your search parameters. Your time is too valuable to spend opening doors with nothing behind them!
• If you run into questions or problems during your search, feel free to Contact Us and one of our friendly, well-trained staff will help clear things up and personally assist your search process.
• When you have made your purchase decision(s), select "How to Order" from the menu at the top of the HOME page.

Features Coming Soon:

• Quick Search option, to call up an individual record simply by entering that item number. Great for reviewing your favorites after an extensive search – assuming you remembered to jot down their item numbers!
• Shopping Cart system and on-line secure credit card transactions. However, in all but the most routine orders, you can still expect a followup contact from our staff, to ensure that your selections will fulfill your expectations and needs.
