When you have made your final selection(s), Contact Us with preliminary order information. Whether you use phone, fax, e-mail or US mail, give us the following:

One of our jewelry specialists will call you to discuss:

• Gemstone issues if it's a mounting (to ensure things will fit, and determine who will provide and/or set stones – your jeweler or ours)
  
  
• Other options, such as different metals, heads, ring sizing, etc.
  
  
• Surcharges that may apply to custom specifications.
  
  
• Shipping address, instructions and estimated ship date.
  
  
• 6% sales tax on shipment if to Michigan address.
  
  
• Calculated shipping and insurance charges, and order total.

If we are doing a custom piece (metal other than 14K yellow gold, adding or modifying a head, providing gemstones, resizing, etc.), we require a 50% deposit before beginning the custom work. Full payment is required before shipping.
