This shank has a regal width, best suited to holding a head and gemstone of at least ¾ carat. The dots and lines of Eastlake styling appear where the smooth lower shank joins the shoulder - 2 dots, a set of thin crossbars, and a deeply engraved double-wing pattern rising to a zigzag "W" top, where a head should be added per your specifications.
