Terms of Doing
Business
PAYMENT TERMS:
- Cash and Checks with proper identification
- Charge to MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
- Layaways available for 30 days with 25 % down (extended terms
for Christmas layaways begin in October)
- Credit for Trade-in - Convert your unwanted jewelry and gems
to purchasing power.
AFTER THE SALE:
- Full-price trade-back on solitaire diamonds. (Some restrictions
apply, especially when a special order is involved.)
- See our warranty in terms of diamond grading in How
to Buy a Diamond.
- Items are basically sold as is. However, we stand behind what
we sell and service. In the event of defect found within reasonable
time from purchase or repair (unless disclosed at point of sale,
or caused by apparent abuse or neglect), we will authorize a cash
refund or repair/replace without charge.
- All other returns (e.g., matters of taste) are for in-store
credit only. Must be within 30 days, with item in same condition
as at point of sale, and original sales receipt presented.
